The admission in Post Graduation Courses in Mahatma Gandhi University is based on CAT- MGU will be through a Centralized allotment Process.

There will be separate Entrance Tests for the various academic programmes offered in the different Schools of the University.

School of Chemical Sciences:

1)M Sc Chemistry(Inorganic Chemistry)
2) M Sc Chemistry(Organic Chemistry)
3) M ScChemistry (Physical Chemistry)
4) MSc Chemistry(Polymer Chemistry)

Eligibility:

B Sc degree in Physics with Mathematics as subsidiary with not less than 50% marks or CGPA of 2 in Part III

School of Biosciences:

1)M Sc Biochemistry
2)M Sc Biotechnology
3) M Sc Microbiology
4) M Sc Biophysics

Eligibility:

B Sc degree in Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Physics with not less than 50% marks or CGPA of 2 in Part III.

Registration fees-

For General Candidates: Rs 500/- per each programme/cluster of programmes

For SC/ST Candidates from Kerala: Rs 250/- per each programme/cluster of programmes
