Hi buddy tell me Is Manav Bharti University Blacklisted or not , as my sister want to do graduation from there ??

Its is a State Private University established under Himachal Pradesh State Legislature Act and notified under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act 1956
