What are the responsibilities of CSR and SD Committee of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd ?

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) is an oil refinery at Mangalore it was established in the year 1988.

Responsibilities of the CSR and SD Committee:

Formulate and recommend to the Board a CSR Policy

Recommended the amount of expenditure to be incurred on the CSR activities

Monitor CSR activities from time to time

Define its SD policy which shall be appropriate to the nature and scale of the CPSE’s activities, products and services.

Ensure that the policy defines a specific organization structure for guidance, implementation, monitoring, and review of the projects and targets for SD.

Ensure the availability of resources essential to maintain its SD projects/activities.
