Hello. What is the procedure of getting admission in M.Phil English from delhi university and what is the minimum marks required for it?

The Master of Philosophy in English (M.Phil English) is a research program with a few courses including Research Methodology and some selected forms of Literatures in English. For getting admission to DU following will be the criteria.
Eligibility: 55% marks in M.A. English for General and OBC candidates 50% marks in M.A. English for SC/ST candidates.

You will have to give a test for this. Test fees are Rs. 300/- for General Category and OBC candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST/PH candidates. The purpose of the test will be to assess the candidate’s knowledge of literary and critical concepts, ideas and movements, and their ability to write correctly, think clearly and precisely, and develop an argument cogently. Those who qualify in the written test will be required to appear for an interview .
