MBA After HND

I completed my HND (Higher National Diploma) and want to pursue higher study searching for the study options I have. Will you tell can I pursue MBA degree after HND (Higher National Diploma) provide details also tell what jobs I will get after doing this HND diploma degree?

A HND (Higher National Diploma) is a vocational course offered by further and higher education colleges or universities.

The diploma normally lasts two years on a full-time basis but can also be completed part-time over a longer period of time.

You cannot do MBA after HND.

HNDs are offered in a wide range of subjects including:

engineering
graphic design
computing and IT
business and management
hospitality
health and social care
agriculture

A HND can lead you directly into your chosen career and they are valued by employers because of their practical, skills-based content.

Postgraduate study could be an option once you have topped up your HND to degree level. They include:

postgraduate certificates (PG Cert), for example PGCE (postgraduate certificate of education)
postgraduate diplomas (PG Dip)
Masters degrees, for example, MA or MSc
Doctorates, like a PhD

The top ten professional or managerial jobs held by recent HND graduates working in the UK include:

electrical engineers;
other engineering professionals;
mechanical engineers;
engineering technicians;
design and development engineers;
electrical and electronics technicians;
civil engineers;
production and process engineers;
sports coaches, instructors and officials;
ship and hovercraft officers.
