Hey buddy normally, apprentices make a commitment to a single employer for the period of their apprenticeship (usually 3-4 years). During this time, they receive on-the-job training from the employer and technical training in the classroom MBA Group Training Australian School based Apprenticeships (ASBA) Certificate II in Construction – CPC20112 The MBA Group Training’s Australian School Based Apprentice program responds to the growing need for Year 11 and Year 12 students These programs develop links with industry and create pathways to genuine employment and a long-term industry career. Way of selection Students who express an interest in the program and are selected will enter into a Training Contract with MBA Group Training and the Department of Education and Training. KIDS Assist program Certificate II Construction Pathways – CPC20211 This program is aimed at Year 10 students who are at risk of not completing high school. MBA Group Training works with local government schools in the area to produce a program designed to take students who aren’t enthusiastic about school The program is a great starting point, helping students to gain an understanding of future pathways in the construction industry.
