Hey buddy The University of Calcutta is a public state university located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India established on 24 January 1857.

It was the first institution in Asia to be established as a multidisciplinary and secular Western-style university.


Qualification


The minimum qualifications for admission to the courses is bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) system with Honours in Arts/Science/Commerce etc Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology/Medical Science/Professional courses/or its equivalent from any recognized university

Way of selection

You will be selected on the basis of CAT /MAT /or any other national level admission test score of 50% followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)

The schedule of GD and PI will be notified in this website (.bmcaluniv.org) and the Departmental Notice Board in 2nd week of May 2016
