The Institute of Business Studies of CCSU or Chaudhary Charan Singh University was established in 1995 for developing and augmenting managerial and leadership qualities through educational training and research activities. It offers two year full-time programmes of study: - 1- MBA - Master of Business Administration (with dual specialization) 2- MBA (IB) - Master of Business Administration in International Business (Specialisation in IB) Eligibility Conditions: Graduation in any Discipline Intake (Number of Seats) MBA- 60 seats (Admission through GBTU/UP-SEE) MBA (IB)- 60 seats (Admission through CCS University Entrance Examination - CET) Syllabi for Framing of the Entrance Test Question Paper- MBA Entrance Examination held every year through GBTU/UP-SEE MBA (IB) Entrance Test Question Paper will consist of Objective Type/Multiple Choice Questions based on the following aspects:- General English General Awareness General Intelligence/ Reasoning Numerical Ability Programme of Study & Duration: MBA and MBA (IB) is a four semester full time programme of two year’s duration. The following will be the break up of the papers:- Semester I- Six papers of 100 mark each (75 marks external and 25 marks internal)-600marks Semester II- Six papers and Viva Voce of 100 mark each (75 marks external and 25 marks internal)- 700 marks Semester III- Six papers of 100 marks each (75 marks external and 25 marks internal)-600 marks Semester IV- One paper of 100 mark (75 marks external and 25 marks internal)and Project/Dissertation of 200 mark-300 marks Maximum Marks External Written Papers: 1425 Marks There will be a subject based viva-voce and project/ Dissertation based viva-voce of 100 Marks each after the end of the Second Semester & Fourth Semester respectively. Maximum Marks: External 1725 Marks In every paper there will be an internal assessment of 25 marks each on the pattern of UGC NET. It will consist of Written Tests, Seminars, Assignments, Attendance and Oral Presentations/Viva. Maximum marks Internal examination: 475 Marks Grand Total: 2200 Marks |
