CEMAT is an entrance test conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU for admission to the Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration (CEMPA) programmes.

Eligibility:

Graduation degree of a recognized university in India or aboard or have equivalent professional qualification

Have a minimum two years of post qualification work experience at the supervisory or management level

Be a resident of India or a Commonwealth country
Satisfactory score on the CEMBA/CEMPA admission test
