Currently as on 6th May 2016, there is no opening with Jet Airways for candidates with MBA degree, however there is a requirement for the post of Duty Manager for which the details have been mentioned below:

Duty Manager – Airport Services
Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria
• Age - Between 35 - 45 years
• Overall Experience - 10 years +
• Education - Graduation from a recognized university
• Should be willing to work in shifts
• Applicant must be well versed with Airport Services functions, processes and systems.
• Applicant must possess a pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills will be an added advantage.
Job Profile
• To prepare the daily duty roster
• To provide inputs to flight operations in case of delays, rescheduling, cancellations and combinations
• To attend to guest on a case to case basis
• To decide on disposal of delayed flight guest / misconnected guest.
• To allow excess baggage, passenger no show, charges waivers etc. within set parameters.
• To authorize and control overtime of staff.
• To coordinate with other departments in order to minimize turnaround time
• To liaise with external & internal service providers to improve quality of services provided.
• Meet and assist pre-identified passengers at the airport and ensure that service standards are maintained.
• Promote the image of the airline by meeting high-level government officials, VIPs/ CIPs and other important guests at the Airport for special handling.
• Manage the Passenger Relations’ team in their shift.
• Conduct checks in the lounge in respect of service and quality of food.

• Manage on the spot service recovery.

• Manage administrative and development functions.

• Provide and uphold excellent customer service.

• Co-ordinate with other departments and work closely to achieve desired service level

• Ensure OTP targets for the station are achieved.
