The University of South Wales NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is aimed at senior managers or those about to take their first step into senior management.

The qualification centres on developing your strategic leadership and management skills, focussing on developing organisational strategy and turning this into effective performance.

To gain the full NVQ you will need to achieve a minimum of 45
credits, including the 3 mandatory units from Group 1 (16 credits), a minimum of 29 credits from Group 2 ensuring that overall you have a minimum of 35 credits at Level 7.

Qualification Structure-

To achieve a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, learners must complete a
minimum of 45 credits.

16 credits from GROUP A (MANDATORY UNITS) and a further minimum of 29 credits from GROUP B
(OPTIONAL UNITS).

A minimum of 35 credits must be achieved through the completion of Level 7 units.
