The University School of Open Learning, Panjab University (PU) Chandigarh invites the application form for admission in MBA (Executive) Programme for the academic year 2017-18.

MBA (Executive) Programme

The Programme will be of 2 years duration (4 Semesters)

Eligibility Criteria -

Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any discipline or equivalent exam from recognised University with at least 50% marks in aggregate

A pass in final examination conducted by the (a) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England (b) Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, and (c) Institute of Company Secretaries of India

AMIE examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma exam with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching of professional experience

Concession of 5% marks will be given in the eligibility requirements for SC/ST/BC candidates

Last Date for Submission of Information on the Website to generate the Bank Challan: 05th July 2017

Last Date for Deposit of Fee in any branch of SBI using Website Generated Challan: 07th July 017 (Friday) upto 04.00 pm

Last Date for Uploading of photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website: 10th July 2017

Availability of Admit Card Online: 12th July 2017

Date & Time of Entrance Test: 16th July 2017 (Sunday 10.00 am to 12.00 noon)

Centre for the Entrance Test: Chandigarh and Ludhiana (If the number of candidates exceeds 40)

Uploading of Answer Key and inviting Objections (through e-mail only): 19th July 2017

Last Date of Submission of objections to the Answer Key: 21st July 2017 (01.00 pm)

Date of Declaration of Result: 24th July 2017

Date of Availability of Admission Forms on MBA (Executive) Website (to be filled only by the candidates who qualify Exam): 25th July 2017

Last Date of Submission of Online Admission Form: 07th August 2017 (Monday)

Date of Counselling: 12th August 2017

Scheme of Entrance Test

The Entrance Test will be of multiple-choice questions type and will carry 100% weightage.

It consists of 100 questions and exam duration will be two hours.

The question will be asked from the following subjects and there will be 25 questions in each section

Data interpretation and problem solving
Numerical Ability;
Verbal Ability/ Reasoning
General English & Comprehension
