Here is eligibility info:

You must have any one :
Bachelor’s Degree with a class standing in management studies from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject area from a recognized university or equivalent qualification with two years’ relevant experience.
Postgraduate Diploma of not less than one year or Higher Degree in Management Studies from a recognized university.
Postgraduate Diploma of not less than one year or Higher Degree in any other field from a recognized university with one year’s relevant experience.
A professional qualification with three years’ relevant post-qualifying experience.
Five years’ executive experience acceptable to the Senate of the University.
