How does the process work?

Applications are pre-screened by Human Resources Department

The selected candidates will be invited for a first round of on-campus interviews

Assessment Centres are scheduled as the second step in the recruitment process

Candidate Criteria

MBA (preferred) and/or equivalent academic credential

Industry professional with 5-8 years of commercial experience

Significant commercial experience gained in sales or marketing role
Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
