Fidelity Exploration &
Production Company, has signed an agreement with JD Rockies Resources Limited, a 100%-owned U.S. subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation, to sell a 25% working interest in approximately 88,000 net acres in the emerging Niobrara oil shale play in southeastern Wyoming.
