Re: Medical PG Entrance Exam For Australia
No by taking Graduate Medical School Admissions Test you get admission bachelor program not in PG program at Australian universities and here I will get details of test. Eligibility GAMSAT is available to any person who has completed a Bachelor or an undergraduate honours degree, or who will be enrolled in their penultimate (second-last) or final year of study for a Bachelor or undergraduate honours degree, at the time of sitting the test. The GAMSAT test is offered twice a year, in March and September. To sit GAMSAT a candidate must be a bona fide prospective applicant to a course for which GAMSAT is a prerequisite. There is no limit to the number of times a bona fide candidate may sit GAMSAT Candidates whose first degree is in a non-scientific field of study can still sit GAMSAT and succeed in an application for admission to one of the graduate-entry programs. A science degree is not always a prerequisite and institutions encourage applications from candidates who have achieved academic excellence in the humanities and social sciences Exam pattern GAMSAT questions are based on material drawn from a variety of sources. They typically require candidates to read and think about a passage of writing, to interpret graphical displays of information, to use mathematical relationships and to apply reasoning skills to tables of data. GAMSAT is divided into three sections designed to assess performance in the areas of: I Reasoning in Humanities and Social Sciences II Written Communication III Reasoning in Biological and Physical Sciences Universities in Australia Australian National University Deakin University Flinders University Griffith University The University of Queensland The University of Melbourne The University of Notre Dame (Fremantle) The University of Notre Dame (Sydney) The University of Sydney The University of Western Australia The University of Wollongong |
