Question is from where you are doing the degree? If you are doing from Punjab then PTU is good. But from other states both degrees are useless. There is a tendency in Some study centers that they are selling Some distant education in name of Full Time regular course. Do not fall into this trap.

For Placement no university gives placement support. If the study center gives then its good. Otherwise its very hard to get job with these kind of degree. But if the study center is telling lie in times of admission that they are giving full time degree for a distant degree how you believe that they not faking placement assurance.
