As you asking here I am telling list of require documents in MH CET Medical counseling :

Nationality Certificate issued by District Magistrate/Addl. District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority for issue of such certificate)/valid Indian Passport or School

HSC/12th standard or equivalent examination Statement of Marks

Photo ID proof School / College Identity Card, Identity Card/Adhar card/Admit Card (any one) and Mark sheet of MH CET Medical

Domicile Certificate issued by District Magistrate/Metropolitan Magistrate/ Addl. District Magistrate or Tehsildar

Medical fitness certificate

SC/10th standard or equivalent examination certificate, school leaving certificate or Birth certificate indicating name of the candidate (for DOB) and SSC Statement of marks

The attested photocopies of certificates for additional weightage claim along with photocopy of admit card of MH CET Medical must be sent by registered post/courier/hand delivery so as to reach the office of the Competent Authority at Mumbai, on or before the prescribed date, failing which, the claim will not be granted. The envelope must be super scribed as “Additional weightage claim for MH CET 2016”.
