MH PGM PGD CET is popular called as Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical and Post Graduate Dental Common Entrance Test.

Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) organizes Maharashtra Entrance Examination for admission to Medical Postgraduate Courses (MD/MS/Diploma) Courses for the academic year.

Eligibility:

You need to be an Indian National.

Those who have cleared final MB.B.S. Examination and completed or completing one year internship training by 31st March of that year from a recognized medical college included in the Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and is located in Maharashtra are eligible.

Those of you who have cleared MBBS from foreign University are not eligible. The MCI/MMC registration is mandatory for appearing at PGM PGD-CET.


MH PGM PGD CET 2017 Exam Pattern

The MH PGM PGD CET 2017 Exam Pattern is as follows:

Maharashtra PGM CET is an objective type multiple choice test which consists of 300 questions to be completed in 3.5 hours.

While, Maharashtra PGD CET is also an objective type multiple choice test which consists of 100 questions to be completed in 1.5 hours.

Each question is multiple choice question or objective type with four answer options. Every correct answer gains one mark. There would be no negative marking for wrong answers.

This MH PGM PGD CET would be of MBBS Examination standard and would cover all the subjects of MBBS Course.
