MICAT is an Entrance Examination Which is Conducted Every Year By the MICA Institute in order to grant Aspiring Undergraduate Applicants Admission in Different b-Schools Through CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or GMAT Scores. Eligibility Criteria Applicants need to be Graduates in any Discipline with Minimum 50% marks From Any Recognized University . MICAT 2017 – Important Dates MICAT-I Registration Starts 2nd Week of September 2016 Registration Ends 1st Week of December 2016 Issuance of Admit Card 2nd Week of December 2016 Date for the test Third Week of December 2016 Result to be announced 1st Week of January 2017 Release of Call Letters for GE &PI 1st Week of January 2017 GE & PI to be held on 2nd Week of January 2017 Tentative MICAT II Schedule, MICAT-II Registration Starts 1st Week of January 2017 Registration Ends 1st Week of February 2017 Issuance of Admit Card 2nd Week of February 2017 Date for the test 3rd Week of February 2017 Result to be announced 4th Week of February 2017 Release of Call Letters for GE & PI 1st Week of March 2017 GE & PI to be held on 1st Week of March 2017 Application Fee : Candidates (all categories) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1965/- (non-refundable). To pay the fee, the candidates can select the various online payment gateways or pay it via a Demand Draft from any bank in favor of “MICA” payable at Ahmedabad. Paper Pattern : The Entrance Test for MICA will be held in a Computer Based format with both subjective and objective questions. The Test will be Challenging the Candidate’s Logical Reasoning, Analytical, Verbal Ability, General Awareness MICAT will have a special kind if test known as the Psychometric test. The MICAT Paper Contains two parts, Part 1 and Part 2 The first part will contain around 100-120 questions (MCQs). There is a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer. Part 2 contains a total of 2 descriptive questions. : There is a total of 3 sections and the questions are descriptive in nature. |
