Industries need a gathering to address their regular issues confronted with numerous Govt. offices, semi Govt. Associations, and General open etc. Toward the starting years it was satisfied by then Regd. Ventures Association to be specific, "North Ratnagiri Industries Association."

Shri. Prakash Sapre, Shri. Ajay Narulla, Shri. Suresh Sathe and Shri. Shashikant Kadam were driving the association. Shri. Sunil Shirke joined the NRIA in around 1980 as Joint Secretary and was Gen. Secretary till foundation of Lote Parshuram Industries Association.

NRIA's territory was of entire area. Ventures at Lote Parshuram were more than the rest of the region. further being new mechanical zone issues confronted were considerably more than the Small Scale Industries set up (likely habituated to the issues) and henceforth Industries in the territory felt that we require a gathering to address issues of the zone.

In 1993 Lote Parshuram Industries Association was built up and Shri. Sunil Shirke was the originator president of the association. He proceeded till 2004. Shri. Ashok Hingane of Gharda Chemicals was Gen. secretary and Lt. col. Sengupta Chromatic, Mr. V. K. Shetty Nocil, Sandesh Shere Bahar Agro, Prakash Gagangras Excel, Sameer Banarji Maharashtra Easter, Shri. B. A. Choudhari USV, acted as executives in the residency. Mr. U. Vidyasgaran, Shri Mohan Oak, Shriram Khare joined the board in around 1999.
