Mondays to Saturdays
Morning Session is on 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Afternoon Session is on 1:00PM to 5:00PM

For Incoming First Year College / Undergraduate Applicants
March to May

For Graduate School, Professional Education (Prof Ed), and Diploma in Special Education (SpED) Applicants
First Semester: May to June
Second Semester: October to November

Steps and Requirements
A. Incoming First Year College

Step 1:
Proceed to the Cashier’s Office to pay the
Testing Fee
(Present High School I.D)

Step 2:
Proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center to take the test.
(Present Official Receipt and one (1) pc. recent 2×2 I.D. picture – not scanned, photocopied or cut-out; Bring pencil, eraser and ballpen)

B. Graduate School, Certificate of Teaching & Diploma in Special Education Teaching and College Transferees

Step 1:
Proceed to the Dean’s Office of the College you wish to apply for evaluation and screening.
(Present Transcript of Records or any document that will serve as reference of academic performance and subjects enrolled)

Step 2:
If qualified to take the university exam, pay testing fee at the Cashier’s Office.
(Present permit to take the exam)

Step 3:
Proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center to take the test.
(Present Official Receipt, permit to take the exam signed by the respective deans, one (1) pc. recent 2×2 I.D. picture – not scanned, photocopied or cut-out; Bring pencil, eraser and ballpen)
