About the Mini Resins Test
mRESINS (mini Redundant Strapdown Inertial Navigation System) is a test of an improved, miniaturized version of the Redundant Strapdown Inertial Navigation System (RESINS) already used on PSLV and GSLV rockets.


Details of the Test :

The mRESINS tests consists an additional avionics box bolted to the fourth stage of the PSLV-CA launch vehicle and will not be deployed for free flight. For guidance, this PSLV mission relies on the standard RESINS. If successful, mRESINS will take over for future flights.
