If not enrolled, please enclose application for enrolment/Migration certificate

Documents Required To Be Enclosed-

Photocopies of mark-sheets of -

(a) Post-Graduate
(b) Degree
(c) Senior Secondary
(d) Secondary Examination

Duly verified from the originals by the Head of the Department.

Eight copies of the Outline of the proposed research work in the prescribed format (One original and seven photocopies) approved by the Supervisor

Copy of Certificate of research experience, if any, duly attested by the Head of the Department concerned.

No objection certificate from the employer, in case of in-service candidate, or a certificate by the candidate stating that he/she is not employed any where duly verified by the supervisor.
