Credit hours and performance criterion are given in Article 7.1 and 7.7 of P.G. ordinance, salient points of which are given below: 1.

The minimum credit hours required for the award of M. Sc. Degree is 80.
These 80 credit hours may be earned through minimum of four semesters and maximum of six semesters. 2.

There is a provision of two semester leave in the duration of M.Sc. Program.


Eligibility Criteria : The candidates having an aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent grade in a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
