PARTICIPANTS

Those individuals who already have a basic idea of the pizzeria business, but who would like to diversify their production with new products

Improved knowledge of ingredients and baking processes for quality pizza results.

The course aims to offer solid technical tools to Provide the proposals that efficiently complete the menu of any artisan pizzeria, allowing it to overcome seasonal aspects.


Minimum requirements

Successful completion of the basic course or the basic experience needed to make pizza is required, or equivalent professional experience. At least Five years’ experience in the field as a head pizza-chef, independent with a thorough knowledge in the chemical processes of dough and the different types of baking methods.

What will it allow you to do?

This course will let one refine the practical skills in the pizza trade and to construct a business plan for the pizzeria, which will include marketing and also assist to make money.

Method

The course gives aspirants the possibility to go home with a project and practical plans for opening their own pizzeria, bypassing the classic errors often committed when opening a new business such as a pizzeria.

The subjects listed will be looked at in depth with specific case studies for the pizzeria and food retail sector.
During the course, 1 day will be dedicated specifically to making pizzas in a practical workshop.

The course will feature numerous practical exercises as well as different activities.

Duration: Three days + Two business days
