Madhya Pradesh Pre- medical Test is a common medical entrance test conducted for admission to first year MBBS and BDS courses in colleges of the state.

This exam is categorized into two parts mainly pre-medical test and the pre-dental test.

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification:
Candidates must clear subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with a minimum overall percentage of 50 percent marks (40 percent in case of SC/ST category candidates).

Those currently appearing for class 12 exams can apply for this entrance assessment subject to this condition.

Age Limit:
Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.
The upper age limit for both courses is 25 years of age.



Exam Pattern
This exam consists of two papers

Paper 1: Physics and Chemistry
Paper 2: Biology
Each paper consists of objective type questions. Candidates are required to select the correct answer from the four options given for each question.
Both papers need to be completed within a duration of two hours.
There is no negative marking exam for the exam.
The medium of instruction for the exam is English.
