Yes the MS is a good option after b.pharm, and if this course is done from the abroad it will be very beneficial for you. For admission in the abroad you need to appear in one of following entrance examination:

TOFEL
IELTS
GRE

You can apply for one of following courses;

M.S. (Pharm.) Pharmaceutical Analysis

M.S. (Pharm.) Pharmacology & Toxicology

M.S.(Pharm.) Pharmaceutics

M.S. (Pharm.) Pharmacoinformatics
