MS University of Florida

What should I deposit fee for MS (Business Administration) Program of University of Florida at its admission office? I have completed BS Program with same discipline. Please tell me what are the important dates when admission process will start for MS Program at University of Florida?

Up to 1 credit of CIS 6935 (Graduate Seminar) allowed.
Up to 3 credits of CIS 6905 (Individual Study) allowed.
EXCLUDES CIS 6910, CIS 6940.
