If we talk about the Indian Grading System, CGPA of 6 would be enough for getting enrolled for MS in USA.

Eligibility:

Mostly, the US universities demand a 16 years of formal education for being eligible for a course in MS.

Ten years of schooling and two years of junior college along with a graduation course from India which is of three years.
