The International Institute of Information Technology, Banglore is a Deemed University, popularly known as IIIT-B, was established in 1999.
IIIT-B with aim to contribute to the IT world by focusing on education and research, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Eligibility

Minimum Requirements

first-class four-year bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e. B.E., B.Tech.).
First class degree in 3-year undergraduate programmes like MSC ,MCA
Final-year students who are graduating by August 2013 may also apply.

Selection Procedure

Admissions to the M.Tech. programme is on the basis of priority academic performance and performance in the GATE examination.
"GATE scores will be valid as of June 1, 2013 for the following categories

CS - Computer Science and IT
EC - Electronics and Communication Engineering
EE - Electrical Engineering
