The MTS Team will address your concerns as soon as possible, however they require at least 3 days for disruption/disconnection of service complaints and 7 days for any other complaint.

But rest assured, your concern will be addressed up to your satisfaction.

In case you are not satisfied with their response within these timelines, they encourage you to contact their Appellate Authority with your Service Request / Complaint Number anytime from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm.
