Go on Homepage of Official Website of Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

There is link named as Pay Octroi in left middle side on Homepage.

You have to click on that link and you will reach on a new page that looks like following screen shot:



Firstly you have done registration on this webpage and after it, you will enter User Name and Password and Login to pay through Octroi System.
