The Kochi Municipal Corporation is the municipal corporation that manages the Indian city of Kochi.

The Corporation manages 94.88 km2 of city limits of Kochi city. It is the most densely populated corporation in the state.

The corporation is headed by a Mayor. The current Mayor is Soumini Jain. The city is divided into 74 administrative wards, from which the members of the corporation council are elected for a period of five years.
