Eligibility Criteria-

M.Tech Materials Science-

B.Sc (Physics, chemistry, Geology, Polymer, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, Environmental science, Sericulture, Computer science, Food Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Forensic Science)

M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology -

MCA / MBA / M.Sc in any discipline having studied Mathematics as a major
component at B.Sc. level / BE/ B.Tech in any branch with a minimum of 55% in the qualifying examination (50% in case of SC / ST and category 1 candidates)

M.Tech Computer Cognition Technology-

M.Sc — Computer Science, Information Science.
MCA — provided the candidate has a B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as an optional
subject
BE / B.Tech — Computer Scrence and Information Science
BE/ B.Tech in other branches of Engineering and Technology / M.Sc in Electronics /
M.Sc. in Physics / M.Sc in Statistics / M.Sc. in Mathematics — provided the candidates with these qualification have completed a computer based project work or have worked on computers at least for one full year in their professional career (However the top preference shall be given to cognate candidates)

Candidates with a minimum of 55% (50% in case of SC, ST and Category 1 candidates) in the qualifying examination.
