I will tell you TOEFL score is required to apply for FPGEC Certification Program conducted by National Association of Boards of Pharmacy so that you can remember easily.

TOEFL Score requirement

The minimum score requirements for the TOEFL iBT, as of March 1, 2014, are as follows:
Reading – 22
Listening – 21
Speaking – 26
Writing – 24

Application and Examination Fees

Payment in the correct form must accompany your application. Payments must be made to NABP in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, payable in US funds through a US bank. The purchase date of the check or money order must appear on all forms of payment.

Initial application $1,200
Includes:
Fee for evaluation of documentation ($450)
Fee for the examination ($750)

Re-examination after failed test $750

Re-application after withdrawal or file closure $1,200

Recombinant DNA and molecular biotechnology
mRNA translation and protein synthesis

Microbiology Related to Human Disease
Structure, function, and characteristics of microorganisms: microbe classification, structure, metabolism, genetics
Pathogenic microorganisms of humans

Immunology
Innate and adaptive immunity
Principles of antibody actions
Hypersensitivity and types of reactions
