Nainital Bank recruits Management Trainees through an online examination as and when required. The details of the examination pattern and syllabus have been proided below. Nainital Bank Management Trainee Exam Pattern 2016 This will be a online examination with multiple choice questions. There will 200 questions carrying one mark each. The exam will be of 200 marks. Question paper will be provided in English language only. Negative marking is applicable of 0.25 marks against each wrong answer. Duration of test will be 120 mins (2 hours). Question paper will be divided into 4 sections. Each question will have 5 possible options out of one possible answer. Name of Subject No of Ques Max Marks English 50 50 Reasoning 50 50 General & Financial Awareness 50 50 Quantitative Aptitude 50 50 Total 200 200 Nainital Bank Management Trainee Syllabus 2016 English:-Verbs, Tenses, Adverb, Articles, Verb Agreement, Subjects and Predicates, Fill in the Blanks, Error, Correction, Comprehension, Sentence, Rearrangement, Vocabulary, Grammar, Unseen Passages, Idioms & Phrases, Synonyms, Antonyms etc. Reasoning:- Number Series, Non-Verbal Series, Alphabet Series, Coding-Decoding, Analogy, Directions, Number Ranking, Decision Making, Arithmetical Reasoning, Clocks & Calendars, Blood Relations, Cubes and Dice, Mirror Images, Embedded Figures etc. General & Financial Awareness:- Including general knowledge and knowledge related to financial and banking sector. Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s general awareness on banking sector and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution and Scientific Research etc. These questions will be such that they do not require a special study of any discipline. This is topic is huge so applicants are advised to go through Newspaper daily and read good GK books and other notes. Quantity Aptitude:- Number System, Decimal & Fractions, Simplification, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Average, Ratio and Proportions, Problems on Ages, HCF & LCM, Time and Work, Mixtures & Allegations, Time and Distance, Simple & Compound Interest, Data Interpretation etc. |
