PGDC Common Entrance Test
Exam pattern and syllabus:
Interested candidates should attend a written test which comprises of following topics:
General Aptitude
General Engineering
Technical knowledge


General Aptitude comprises questions from following topics:
Analytical Reasoning
Basic mathematics
Basic Science
Data interpretation
General English


General Engineering:
It comprises of fundamental topics in Engineering.


Technical Knowledge section is listed under 3 main heads.
Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Electronics/Control & Instrumentation Engineering or Equivalent.


NPTI PGDC CET is an objective type test.
Total 180 questions with in the composite time of 150 minutes.
Each correct answer carries 2 marks where as ½ mark is reduced for every wrong answer.

Exam Fee for NPTI PGDC CET is Rs.1000/- only.
