Re: NATO Wood Wikipedia

I am going to tell you about the information about the NATO wood
First of all I am telling you what the NATO wood is

Nato wood is a collective name for wood from
a) Mora trees (the best-known species are Mora excelsa (Mora) and Mora gonggrijpii (Morabukea), with the latter contributing less, as occurring in a smaller area) and

b) Asian wood, also called nyatoh, from Gutta-percha trees (genus palaquium spp.)

Nato wood, also known as Eastern Mahogany, is a relieble, strong wood used on guitar necks.

It is a value-priced wood used more in the lower cost instruments. However, Nato still embodies all of the properties of more commonly used.... and more expensive mahogany. Not a bad wood at all for most ukes.... except the finest ones.
Thank you if you feel any difficulty then feel free to asked me I will try to help you out
