The VCVC applicants must attain a passing score on the English-language Proficiency test (TOEFL iBT), which is administered via the Internet by Educational Testing Service (ETS). Applicants must have ETS submit the test score directly to NBCOT.

Registration

Certification or Other Form of Official Government Recognition Request form; and
International Verification of Academic Credential Form.
