Go to the official site of UPSC
At the top bar of home page click on – Examination
Now new page will open and at centre of this page click on - Final Results
New page will open which look likes below image



Under the section of “Final Results” click on “NDA & NA Examination (II) 2013”
As you will click, pdf file will open containing result of NDA & NA Examination (II)

Here I am uploading that file which is free of cost for you
