The applicants have to appear for either the XAT (XLRI Admission Test) or CAT (Common Admission Test). The tests constitutes of sections dealing with questions on verbal and analytical ability and data interpretation. Final selection is made based on the performance in the Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview along with Past Academic Performance and relevant Work Experience. Also the graduates with work experience have expertise in various domains like Engineering, Finance, Consulting, and Marketing and have worked with some of the most esteemed organizations in India.
