A newly recruited Assistant in The New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) is placed in the following pay scale

Scale of pay : (pre-revision) Rs.7640-440(1)-8080-480(2)-9040-540(5)-11740-625(2)-12990-760(3)-15270- 790(2)-16850-840(5)-21050

UIIC Assistant Salary / Emoluments:

Total emoluments (pre-revision) in this pay scale works out to approximately Rs.17,000/- p.m. in the initial stage in a Metro city.

Other allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.

Salary might differ by some amount depending on the allowance percentage given at a particular place.

This difference is around Rs. 1000-2000 depending on the city of posting.

Deductions are around Rs. 1000-1500.

This salary is including current dearness allowance (DA) and house rent allowance (HRA).
