Hey , National Identity Card (NID) in Bangladesh is issued by NID wing of Election Commission of Bangladesh .

You had lost your NID card , to know your NID number you have to apply for issue duplicate NID card.

Process to apply to issue duplicate NID card:

Open website of NID wing of Election Commission of Bangladesh.



At home page of website you get download tab navigate to this tab .

Under this tab click on Necessary Forms link .




Here click on Lost ID Card Duplicate Issue Form.

Download for , fill the complete form .

Submit this at NID wing of election commission office .
