1.Institute copy of challan. 2.Caste Certificate/ Physical Disability Certificate(if applicable) 3.Educational Experience: Photocopy of all semester mark sheet/ consolidated mark sheet. Can be 6 semesters for a fresher and all 8 for a passout. 4. Experience proof: Joining letter or most appropriate will be first and latest payslip. 5.2 Self-addressed sticker with you address written. You will get all documents on this address.
