NMDC Limited has educated the Exchange that the Members of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General meeting hung on April 03, 2008, endorsed the accompanying according to the notice:-

1) part of the organization's' value offers of face estimation of Rs. 10/ - each into ten offers of the face estimation of Re. 1/ - each.

2) Issue of extra offers @ two value shares for each one value share held.

3) Enhancement of the Authorized Capital of NMDC from Rs. 150 crore to Rs. 400 crore.

4) Amendments to Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company to offer impact to the expansion in Authorized Capital, part of offers and capitalization of stores to offices issue of extra offers.

Further, the Company has educated the trade that April 21, 2008 will be the record date to offer impact to the part of value offers of the Company as above.
