The NMIMS is provides its Architecture course from Balwant Sheth School of Architecture. The NMIMS’s Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (BSSA) focuses on various modes of architectural education, research and practice.

It emphasizes on the ever changing ethos, behavioral sciences, tools and techniques, and assimilates all in contemporary design expression.

Eligibility:

Admission to B. Arch Programme (5 years) of the NMIMS is based on the following two criteria:

Candidates have Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory.

Candidates have also 10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory.
