Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is a private university established in 1981 by the parent body Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal.

It has been awarded "Five Star" rating and "A" grade by the NAAC and UGC respectively and has also been awarded a "A***" rating by CRISIL.

It was granted "Deemed University" status by the UGC in 2003 and can hence award full academic degrees to its students. It has campuses in Mumbai, Shirpur, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Courses and programs offered by it include management, technology, science, architecture, pharmacy, commerce and economics.

I have no idea if it is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or not. But it is among some of the good institutes in India.
