The Graduate Career Centre of Northeastern University works with employers to identify opportunities for full-time and corporate residency employment for MBA students. The Students along with alumni can work with a Career Advisor to develop their job search strategy, review their resumes and cover letters, as well as refine their networking strategy and more.

Corporate Residency:
Corporate residency is a very critical component of the Full-time MBA program. Full-time MBA students will have complete a six-month corporate residency after their first year of MBA classes. This provides students an opportunity to apply what they have learned in class while gaining valuable experience.

Full-time Employment
MBA students and alumni looking for full-time opportunities it offers a great pool of talent for the organization. The University would be happy to work with you to meet the specific needs. The University can also post full-time opportunities for you at no cost, at any time. Students can apply online, and the University will send them a customized resume book of interested students.

Key Recruiting Opportunities

The Northeastern MBA Career Fair is conducted each year in February. There is no charge to the firms for participation. The University also has interview space reserved for companies who wish to interview while they are onsite.
