Age relaxation was applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates possessed:
HSC (10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually for S.No-01,
SSC with minimum 50% marks in Science subjects and Mathematics individually and 2 years ITI certificate course in Electrician/ Fitter/ Instrument Mechanic trade for S.No-02.

Selection was based on written test.
